Priscilla Fitch

Priscilla is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Head Instructor. She has been practicing Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 15 years, and it has transformed her life. She began her martial arts training in Body Mind Systems in 2004 at the age of 58, with no prior training experience. The perspective she has gained by starting her practice as an older adult has been invaluable in helping her to teach others and lends credibility to her knowledge that it is never too late for a person to start taking control of their health. Priscilla believes that the main thing that prevents people from becoming better through challenge is their personal belief that they can’t, and she is inspired to lead by example whenever possible. Priscilla credits her training with helping her build and maintain strength, flexibility, confidence, clarity, vitality, and happiness. She feels honored to be able to share her knowledge, experience, and good fortune by teaching and learning from others.
